The studios are located in a distance of 15 min. walk to town & 5 min. to the beach.

All units are with 1 bedroom, also  have bath, kitchenette, A/C, veranda/balcony. All studios have sea view.

  -All rates are expressed in Euros, per room/suite/unit, per day and include all applicable taxes and breakfast, unless otherwise indicated
  -All bookings require a minimum stay of two (2) nights. Above rates apply to bookings for Friday and Saturday nights only when part of a larger program of three or more nights. If only Friday and Saturday are requested, the above rates do not apply.
  
  -TRANSFER RATES:
  DAY TIME TRANSFERS (08:00-23:00) €8 PER PERSON O/W
  NIGHT TIME TRANSFERS (23:00-08:00) €15 PER PERSON O/W
  
  -The above-mentioned transfer rates include orientation, assistance and taxes.
